Parentaura is operated by DNA Ventures Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using this website, Ask Aura, the patient portal or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Who may use Parentaura
You must be legally capable of providing consent under applicable law. If you use Parentaura for another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and will provide accurate information.
Educational and support service
Parentaura provides general fertility education, consultation preparation, care coordination and access to human support. It is not an emergency service and does not itself provide a medical diagnosis, prescription or guarantee of treatment outcome.
Accounts and security
Keep passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes and private care-plan links confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, interfere with security, scrape protected information, or use content in a misleading medical or commercial context.
Content and intellectual property
Parentaura content, branding, design and software are owned by or licensed to DNA Ventures Pvt Ltd. You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, resale or systematic extraction requires written permission.
Third parties and clinics
Information about clinics, professionals or external services does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee. Any treatment relationship or commercial arrangement with a third party is separate from these terms.
Availability and changes
Features may change, pause or be withdrawn for maintenance, safety, security, legal or operational reasons. We may update these terms and will display the revised effective date.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Parentaura is not liable for decisions made solely from general website information, third-party acts, indirect losses, or interruptions outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and contact
