Who is responsible
DNA Ventures Pvt Ltd operates Parentaura and acts as the data fiduciary or controller for personal data processed through the platform, except where a clinic or professional independently determines how your data is used.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect your name, contact details, country, language, age or date of birth, gender, spouse or partner details, children information, enquiry details, consent choices, chat messages, callback preferences, care-plan activity, uploaded information, login records, device and security data.
Why we use it
We use personal data to provide requested information and support, create and manage leads and patient access, coordinate callbacks and handovers, deliver approved care-plan reminders, secure accounts, maintain audit records, improve the service, respond to rights requests, and meet legal obligations.
Consent and other lawful uses
Where consent is the basis for processing, it should be free, specific, informed and unambiguous. You may withdraw consent, although information already lawfully processed or required for legal, security or record-keeping purposes may be retained. We may also process data for permitted legitimate uses or legal obligations under applicable law.
Sensitive health-related information
Only provide information relevant to the support you request. Health-related details are handled with additional access controls. Parentaura staff should not use the platform to replace the clinical record maintained by your treating doctor or clinic.
Sharing
We may share limited information with authorised Parentaura staff, a doctor, nurse, clinic, service provider or technology provider when needed to deliver the service, protect the platform or comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
Storage, security and retention
We use measures such as role-based access, encryption for selected identity and clinical fields, two-factor authentication, logging and backups. No system is completely risk-free. We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling and security.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating or erasure, withdraw consent, nominate another person where provided by law, and raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
Children
Parentaura is intended for adults managing their own fertility journey or authorised caregivers. We do not knowingly seek personal data directly from children without appropriate parental or lawful authorisation.
International processing
Technology providers may process information outside your state or country. Where this occurs, we take reasonable contractual and security steps and follow applicable transfer restrictions.
