Disputes are protected—not automatically decided by software.
If custody, coercion or contested access is reported, ParentAura can restrict changes, preserve relevant activity records and route the case for manual safety review. The app does not attempt to decide legal custody.

Questions about Family Access
Does adding someone to my family give them access immediately?
No. An adult family connection and permission to view health information are separate. The adult reviews and approves the specific access requested.
Can my partner manage my entire profile?
Only if you deliberately grant relevant permissions. Creating the household or adding the relationship does not create blanket control.
How is access for a child handled?
A parent or lawful guardian records their guardian relationship before managing the child’s profile. ParentAura keeps that authority state distinct from ordinary adult consent.
Can I remove access without deleting the family?
Yes. You can revoke a specific permission while keeping the person connected to the family circle.
Can relatives see my conversations with Aura?
Not by default. Personal conversations remain private unless a clearly defined future feature and explicit permission specifically cover them.
